It was an honour to be part of the first performance of this new work by Claudio Ambrosini in the Festival Nuova Consonanza in Rome.
What happened to Tancredi after the famous combattimento?
Ambrosini gives us his musical interpretation…the music fascinated me and captured me with all of his energy and sweetness.
The theorbo has an important role in this new work and I would like to thanks Claudio for this score, it is not usual to play contemporary music for theorbo….
